We are currently assisting a Yorkshire based NHS Trust who are seeking a Senior TUPE Expert to work on a complex TUPE case.
This role will be hybrid with on site and remote working expectation. The role will start ASAP for initially 3 months and will be outside of IR35.
Role brief:
This post is for a TUPE Expert who can work on a complex TUPE case which will need laser focus.
You will join the Team and act as a strategic change agent, supporting the Trust to engage and develop the culture required to deliver key strategic objectives whilst balancing the complex and challenging demands of this role.
The appointed candidate will support, develop and implement the HR strategies aligned to the business objectives applying commercially minded and strategically driven acumen.
About you:
The ideal candidate will be fully CIPD qualified with significant TUPE Experience.
You will also be skilled in HR Transformational Change and Project Management.
