  • A highly capable and knowledgeable Governance Specialist who is well-versed in the management and implementation of Patient Safety and Quality Improvement;

  • Identified opportunities for quality improvement and assisted in establishing quality assurance systems which provided reliable and meaningful data and informed of continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Developed and maintained effective systems for accurately recording, monitoring and reporting compliance which supported the requirements of regulators, local senior managers and provides user friendly metrics which informed and helped to engage staff;
  • Assisted in the implementation of changes required as a result of significant Datix and complaints and ensured remedial actions were proportionate, supported by training where necessary, and delivered sustainable improvements.
