E-rostering Manager

The Finegreen Group is working in partnership with an NHS organisation based in the South East that requires an interim E-rostering Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract at AfC band 7 commencing in July. 

The successful candidate will be required to provide leadership to the Trusts Allocate HealthRoster and Staff Bank and Agency Management teams and deliver significant performance improvement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities;

  • Oversee the review of e-rostering process and practice in the Trust;
  • Review and significantly improve Allocate processes for bank / agency management;
  • Redesign agency booking and approval processes;
  • Project lead the reduction of staffing agency rates;
  • Consider / implement master vendor solutions.

Key experience required;

  • Operational Knowledge of Allocate – health roster;
  • Familiar with NHS agency management processes; 
  • knowledge of good e-rostering practices;
  • A business qualification or significant experience;
  • Experience of implementing Allocate HealthRoster;
  • Track record of delivering process improvement;
  • Project management and excellent stakeholder engagement;
