Natasha leads Finegreen’s resourcing capabilities and oversees the end-to-end management of search assignments. This includes candidate attraction to interview and assessments. Natasha brings over 13 years of experience in the not-for-profit health and social care sector, where she has been responsible for supporting high performing Boards and leading a large internal recruitment department with a remit over talent attraction, onboarding, interviews and assessments. She was also responsible for promoting and embedding a culture of equality and diversity. Natasha has a BSc in Psychology and a Masters in Conflict Resolution.
Outside of work Natasha enjoys art exhibitions, finding them a calming escape. When she is not spending time with her children, she enjoys travelling to unusual and far-flung places. One of her New Year’s resolutions was to learn to play the piano, although so far, she has only achieved Beethoven’s Fur Elise!
