Toni has been with Finegreen for 8 years now, developing various specialisms within the company throughout this time. Her focus is now on Operational Management, Strategy, Change and Project/Programme Management.
Toni's recruitment career began at the age of 19 with her first role being in-house recruitment for a large retail organisation. Since then she has supported across various sectors including the NHS, medical, clinical, industrial and warehouse, high street and commercial, temporary, locum/interim and permanent!
Outside of work she is a massive football fan, season ticket holder for Burnley and local non-league club Clitheroe. She is also a huge foodie, the Baker of Finegreen who is always baking and cooking new things but also really enjoys eating out at Fine Dining and Gastro eateries. She is also a massive history buff who regularly spends her weekends searching for old Victorian bottles, clay pipes and treasures!
