We can now offer a unique opportunity to join our organisation as our new Chief Nursing Officer and Allied Professions Lead.

This role is critical in providing strategic leadership, strengthening our established Executive Team to enable to DPT to consolidate its existing performance and achieve “outstanding”. The post holder will be key in ensuring quality and safety are at the heart of our services across a wide client group. You will ensure that we are responsive in delivering the services that we commission on behalf of NHS England and help us seek out opportunities for improvement in partnership with our service users, their carers and our staff.

Though our partner relationships and collaborative infrastructure, you will play an important role in in the transformation of NHS services in Devon. Working together at system, regional and Peninsula level to create sustainable, new, innovative models of care that address health inequalities and maximise our use of digital and new technology.
