    We’ve won a fair number of awards since launching in 2005 – and have been listed in the Sunday Times Fast Track Top 100 businesses – but what really keeps us going at Finegreen is the positive feedback we get from our customers and candidates on a regular basis.

    It is this attention to the detailed needs of the people we work for which has underpinned Finegreen’s growth and success over the past eleven years – a success story which has bucked the challenging economic trends over that period.

    Since being founded by Chief Executive, Neil Fineberg, the company has flourished into a market-leading recruitment consultancy – with offices in Manchester, London and Nottingham – and specialist teams operating in fields of most relevance to clients and candidates alike – whether that’s finance, estates or clinical governance or a range of other areas highlighted under the Specialisms tab.

    As mentioned at the outset, it’s a way of working which has seen us proudly collect a series of awards such as;

      We were delighted to be awarded the prestigious 'Recruiter of the Year at the 2016 Health Investor Awards, retaining the accolade we previously held in 2013 & 2014.

      Commenting on the win – which came hard on the heels of the company’s Best Small to Medium Sized Business success in the Best Business Awards- Finegreen Chief Executive Neil Fineberg said: “To win this sought-after awards three times out of the last four years sums up the consistency we have achieved over recent years – a consistency which has provided a solid base for us to grow into new areas, as was recognised by the judges.”

      Judges from the Health Investor Awards, held at the Grovesnor House Hotel in London, praised the company for their ‘focus on client’s changing needs, which has supported continued growth for Finegreen, yet maintained already high client satisfaction’.

      They added that Finegreen 'demonstrated current knowledge of the sector and willingness to adapt package and apply same recruitment principles, regardless of level. Of note is the programmes offered by the Mentoring Teams and Board Governance Reviews.'

      RECRUITER 'Top 100' Agency

      We are proud to have featured in the Recruiter 'Top 100' Agencies across the whole recruitment sector since 2013.


      We were thrilled to retain Top Recruitment Company at the Talk of Manchester business awards 2016, held in November.

      Chief Executive Neil Fineberg, said: "Our approach is not just about finding people to fill roles - but ensuring that the people we find are the tightest possible fit for senior NHS positions, including making sure that candidates can develop their skills in areas that are of the utmost importance to the NHS."

      We were delighted to be named named Best Public Sector Recruitment Agency at the Recruitment Business Awards 2016, held in September at the Mercure Hotel in Manchester.

      We were also highly commended in the Overall Agency of the Year Award.

      Recruitment business awards 2017

      We are absolutely delighted to have won 3 awards at the Recruitment Business Awards 2017, held at the Midland Hotel in Manchester.

      Alongside the Public Sector Agency of the Year and Best Small Agency of the Year, we were thrilled to receive the special accolade of Recruitment Company of the Year (an award we were not initially aware of being shortlisted for!).

      Finegreen Managing Director Neil Fineberg, who was also asked to say a few words on collection of the special award, said: "What a fantastic night! I'm absolutely over the moon as we have been fortunate enough to win the two awards we were nominated for as well as the special award for 'Recruitment Company of the Year'! It was great to get the chance to say a few words also and let everyone know this success was all down to the true dedication and hard work of the Finegreen team."
