    Prompt Payment

    We have a reputation for paying our interim candidates promptly and efficiently using the latest technology to ensure that we are able to keep administration and errors to a minimum.

    We can pay Interim workers via;

    Your recruitment consultant and our payroll department can provide you with basic guidance but if you have any doubt we recommend seeking professional advice.

    Daily/Hourly Rates

    Interim workers are paid on a daily or hourly rate. We are committed to offering candidates the highest daily/hourly rates within the sector.

    Different specialisms have different market conditions which will effect the rates offered. Please check our website job search and/or contact our recruitment team for a more accurate appraisal of your current market worth on 0345 130 4006 or email us.

    Compliance Documentation

    As an official supplier of interim staff through the Crown Commercial Service and HealthTrust Europe frameworks, we are to comply to framework compliance regulations as well as government legislation and are required to hold compliance documentation from each of our candidates. In addition, due to recent HMRC legislation we are required to submit legal reporting of interim staff and their assignments.

    Documentation required prior to commencing an assignment:

    • 2 copies of address ID (for example, a utility bill from the last 3 months, Bank statement)
    • Verified photo ID (eg Passport)
    • Education & any professional certificates
    • References covering last 3 years employment

    Once you have been offered a role via Finegreen we will also require the completion of:

    • An Occupational Health Check
    • A DBS Check
