An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a private healthcare organisation as Head of IT on a permanent basis in the West Midlands.
Main Responsibilities
All internal and external electronic communication networks, including hardware and software systems;
Ensure all aspects of information technology infrastructure, applications, information governance, and operational communications provision;
includes telephony, support and enhancing organisational goals whilst minimising information risk;
Member of the senior leadership team;
Leading the development, management and support of the IT infrastructure and embedding of digital solutions;
Day to day running of the IT service, ensuring the IT systems are secure, consistent and reliable;
Transformation of the current IT operating model to updated digital platforms and technology ensuring that services are optimised to provide excellent customer experience.
Successful candidate will be
Experienced in all aspects of IT and the ability to lead an organisation on an evolutionary digital journey;
A leader combined with a highly organised approach to operational delivery;
collaborative, highly motivated, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and an Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team;
Able to build teams based on the values of respect, integrity, openness.
