Preventx is the UK’s leading provider of remote sexual health services, through innovative digital platforms and our own in-house laboratory which prides itself on providing excellence and quality to customers and service users alike.

Our mission is to empower people to take control of their health and wellness, through easy to access and cutting-edge digital healthcare services. In partnership with NHS trusts and local authorities, Preventx provides public services through freetest.me, SH.UK and SHL.UK. Following a restructure we have created an exciting opportunity for a Head of People. We are seeking an experienced HR generalist, with an excellent grasp of operational HR e.g. policies and employment regulations. You will be comfortable operating across all levels of an organisation, with the ability to gain credibility and influence at a senior level. You will be able to provide guidance to colleagues and support managers through a coaching style. You will have a positive outlook, with a can-do attitude, comfortable working in a small-medium sized company, where there will be a need to transition from operational to strategic HR as required.

If you are attracted by the opportunity outlined above, with the skills and experience to meet our requirements, then come and join us on our journey and help us make testing accessible to all through our innovative digital tech and expert laboratories.
