Workforce Planning & Transformation Manager

Salary: Band 8a

As part of our commitment to patients and delivery of a world class service, we have created the UHCW Improvement (UHCWi) System in partnership with the Virginia Mason Institute. As a future employee of UHCW you will be able to gain training and development opportunities in this exciting area amongst further development opportunities offered within the Trust.

As our Workforce Planning & Transformation Manager you will be key to influencing and embedding change within our Trust. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of diverse stakeholders across the Trust, the Coventry and Warwickshire ICS and across the wider region. You will be able to contribute to the delivery of our People Strategy by ensuring that our workforce planning is aligned with the wider system, our plans are robust and impactful, by driving the effective use of workforce information, and ensuring the effectiveness of our Workforce Data and Analytics function.

As a motivated and influential leader, you will have a proven track record in leading and managing complex projects and of working closely with a wide range of stakeholders. You will have an up-to-date knowledge of workforce planning software, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and excellent organisational skills. Experience of working in People transformation, presenting to diverse audiences and strong interpersonal and communication are essential for the successful post-holder.
